Senior Accountant

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• The Senior Accountant will prepare monthly journal entriesReview all invoices for appropriate General Ledger coding
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the external audit process
• Trainnew employees on the accounts payablesystem
• Act as a liaison between Finance and vendors/operating companies
• Other responsibilities as delegatedRequirements for the Senior Accountant:
  • Concur and NetSuite experience preferredBachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, regulations and best practicesMust be proactive, have strong attention to detail and have strong organizational skillsThe Senior Accountant must have strong MS Excel experienceBenefits
