Top skills: Professional experience with C programmingExperience with Digital Signal Processing - 7-8 yearsExperience with Machine Learning - specifically with deep learning in conjunction with signal processing or audio processing. If they have done ML for video processing. Software experience not hardware. Experience with Python is a nice to have. Speech and audio background are ideal.Experience with algorithms such as noise reduction, acoustic beamforming, interference cancellation.
Job description:

• Responsible for developing speech enhancements algorithms for use in multi-microphone far-field applications such as a voice assistant. Experience with acoustic spatial signal processing is desired, including techniques such as acoustic beamforming, source localization, blind source separation, and noise reduction. Deep machine learning experience is a plus.
• This position typically requires a master's degree in electrical engineering and more than 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Technical creativity is required. The ability to study existing techniques and subsequently enhance and adapt these techniques to meet the needs and constraints of our products is critical.
• The candidate will be involved in the process of reducing an algorithm to practice in software for use in a real-time application. The candidate will also be involved in testing algorithms and comparing test results.
  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master's degree in electrical engineering Good communication skills8+ years of experience in speech and audio algorithm developmentProgramming in C, MATLAB. Python is a plus Experience developing real-time audio processing software
