industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to capture new markets and enhance
profitability
Establish and maintain key client relationships to identify growth
opportunities
Mentor and coach Business Development Managers to foster a culture
of accountability and growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales
leadership roles
1-2 years of experience with high volume complex Mergers &
Acquisitions
Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and facilities management
sectors
