A company is looking for an Operations Senior Manager, Workforce Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage resource allocation and optimize shift patterns based on demand
Analyze service level and productivity metrics to identify inefficiencies
Collaborate with various teams to forecast personnel needs and align operational requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of supply and demand, forecasting, and workforce planning
Experience with healthcare or contact center staffing and 24/7 operations
Significant experience with workforce management tools and systems
Ability to work autonomously within established procedures
Interest in mental health care
