Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to drive
client success and manage relationships across cross-functional
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients,
ensuring satisfaction and retention
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely
and budget-compliant results
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional marketing
solutions and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of account management or client management experience
At least 1 year of experience in an agency environment
Experience in digital marketing, particularly in two or more areas
such as digital advertising, SEO, or web development
Practical understanding of Drupal and WordPress CMS is a plus
Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook
Ads is a plus
