Run the food and beverage operation at The Philadelphia Club, ensuring the highest standards of service to Members and their guests. Support the management team to make The Philadelphia Club one of the finest private members' clubs in the US.

Essential Functions:

* Establish and maintain high levels of service throughout F&B areas
* Plan and execute Club Events and private dining parties
* Be a charming host for Members and their guests
* Champion team training and development
* Manage the Club's wine list and cellar
* Ensure health and safety standards are met
* Meet agreed beverage gross profit each month

Skills and Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in 4-star or 5-star environment
* Minimum 5 years' experience supervising/managing staff
* Strong knowledge of classical 5-star restaurant service
* Broad knowledge of American and European food and wine
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures
* ServeSafe Certificate required
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong communications skills
* Fluency in English
* Physical requirements include lifting, reaching, and standing for prolonged periods
* Experience in complaint handling
