    • Direct and inspire Dining Room team members
    • Lead with Grovehouse values of mentorship and leading by example
    • Promote internal growth and professional development
    • Prepare the dining room for service
    • Motivate and educate team members through pre-shift meetings and team trainings
    • Support dining room team members during service
    • Administrative tasks, including supply inventory, scheduling, and guest satisfaction engagementPreferred:
