We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative activities, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting the team with various tasks.The candidate we seek will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Manage office operations and procedures
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Utilize YARDI BREEZE PREMIER for financial record-keeping
• Coordinate and schedule appointments
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Supervise and support team members
• Handle phone systems and direct calls
• Knowledge of medical office management is a plusTo qualify for this position, you must possess:
  • 5+ years administrative & office management experience
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral & written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Team management skills preferred
