Job Description:

A company is looking for a Case Management Processor to provide non-clinical support to the Case Management team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support and manage department tasks for the Case Management staff
Conduct initial review and triage of Case Management tasks and assist in implementing care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of member information in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
Must live in the PST Time Zone
Working knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
Proficient in PC usage with experience in a Windows environment and accurate data entry (minimum 40 WPM)
