employee experience.The Manager, Offer Implementation executes the
successful launch of key pricing, promotions, offers, and programs
aimed at growing new and existing customer relationships, improve
product mix, ARPU and Revenue. This Manager will analyze offer
strategies, develop & execute streamlined and effective
implementation plans.
The Manager, Offer Implementation is a highly dynamic role, that
should at the same time be able to influence in a highly matrixed
environment. This role reports to the Director, Go to Market and
will work cross functionally with members at all levels in Billing,
Billing Assurance, Growth Strategy, eComm, IT, Product, Business
Planning, Sales, Care, Field, Operations, and other areas.
Responsibilities*Develop comprehensive end to end offer
implementation plans for each program launch
*Take full ownership and clearly articulate offer strategy for
implementation
*Operationalize requests, develop & set up rules & offer
requirements
*Create offer documentation "offer briefs" for execution teams,
that include all relevant information, coding, business rules and
reporting requirements for the offer
*Drive cross departmental adherence to timelines and deadlines
*Works cross functionally and collaboratively to ensure all
readiness and execution organizations have what they need to create
a successful launch
*Ensure all task deadlines are achieved and that each deliverable
is completed accurately and on time
*Develop excellent working relationships with all lines of business
and serve as single point for offer development
*Create and implement solutions
*Spot risks to new offers, product lines, sales channels, etc. and
develop relevant mitigation plansScope:
*Achieve established service level requirements with respect to the
development of implementation strategy and process information.
*Maintain strong and valued relationships with functional heads by
soliciting feedback.
*Achieve launch roll outs on a timely basis.
*Assist business units in attainting program related compliance
reporting.
*Achieve flawless and timely execution on all Offer launches.
*Coding identification and offer design.
*Offer documentation and support.Qualifications*Minimum of 2 years
of growth management, product management, pricing, or related
field, with demonstrated ability to deliver customer growth, ARPU
and revenue
*5+ years in the telecommunications industry
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications,
Education or related degrees or Equivalent work experience
*Ability to work under limited supervision, in a fast-passed
environment a must
*Able to travel as needed
*Articulate with strong oral and written communications skills
*Strong group facilitation with strong problem-solving skills
*Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Creativeness in how to tackle challenging situations
*Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
*Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
*Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company
personnel
*Results oriented
*Must display a sense of urgency with strong follow through
skills
*Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other design
software applications
*Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills

are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is
competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including
skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire
for this position in New Yorkis $102,816- 124,848/ year. The
starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Texas
is $85,680-104,040/ year. For other locations, please inquire with
your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the
anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job
