Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit
inquiries from providers and members
Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and
ensure accuracy against benefit guidelines
Document calls within a call tracking system to ensure clear and
accurate resolutions
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM
contact center
Prior experience working with health plans or pharmacy benefit
management
Ability to prioritize and manage through change
