interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver
evidence-based clinical services across the continuum of care. The
ideal candidate should have a Master's Degree in Social Work,
Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human service
field, previous experience in a healthcare setting, and hold
