Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Coach to provide
evidence-based coaching sessions to adults.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct short-term coaching sessions via video, focusing on
emotional and mental health
Share digital lessons and activities with clients between sessions
to enhance learning
Engage in ongoing clinical consultation and participate in peer
consultation for professional development
Required Qualifications and Training
Graduated from an accredited coaching program or hold an ICF
credential
Completed a minimum of 100 client coaching hours with at least one
year of post-graduation experience
Ability to commit to approximately 24 hours per week with a
caseload of 16+ clients
Willingness to provide culturally responsive care and learn new
coaching approaches
Resides and works solely in the USA
