About the Role
As our Surgical Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations related to spine surgery authorizations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating out-of-network spine surgery authorizations, working closely with providers, and delivering exceptional service to patients. What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience with out-of-network spine surgery authorizations in New Jersey.
An associate degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, providers, and staff.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
