Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. They are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in logistics or trucking operations.

About You:
3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proficient in route optimization and transportation management systems.
Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.


About the Job:
Schedule and coordinate daily pickups and deliveries via phone and email.
Communicate proactively with customers about order status and potential delays.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all shipments.
Manage customer pickup requests and scheduling.
Utilize DAT and carrier-specific load boards to source backhauls to NJ/PA/NY and maintain strong carrier relationships.


Our client is seeking a proactive and personable professional to support their Logistics department. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering up to $30 per hour during the contract period and up to $65,000 annually upon conversion, depending on experience.
