Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Daly & Clemente - Attorneys at Law. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and other legal professionals, research, and document review.
Qualifications

• Law knowledge and understanding of legal processes
• Experience in legal document preparation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis
• Proficiency in document review and management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus
• Paralegal certification or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
