We are looking to speak with experienced associates to join our client's cross disciplinary Labor & Employment practice in New York.This is a rewarding opportunity to join a team that has secured countless victories representing public and private sector clients in all aspects of collective bargaining, contract negotiation and administration, grievance and arbitration proceedings.The exposure and diversity of work is extraordinary, appearing on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, at the negotiating table, and before administrative bodies, including the NLRB, the U.S. EEOC, the Public Employment Relations Board and the NYC Office of Collective Bargaining.If you have expertise and a bias for union-side legal work, we would be excited to explore this opportunity with you.Annual salary: $175,000 - $250,000.
