Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist to
engage with members and facilitate their enrollment in health
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to educate and enroll members in the
program
Handle inbound inquiries and build rapport with members to identify
their needs
Track enrollment activities and collaborate with other departments
to coordinate enrollments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health or Health Care
industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple
applications simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical savviness in using CRM and phone systems
