Award-winning and beloved by locals, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience in a fresh and contemporary environment.The Maitre D' is a vital member of the Service team, overseeing bookings, initial hospitality, and a warm goodbye. They must have a firm grasp on the restaurant's operations at all times to seat guests and fill the restaurant efficiently, supporting the dining room and kitchen teams.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Providing accurate wait times and 'finding the yes' for guests
• Communicating with guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen
• Working efficiently and composed under pressure
• Understanding reservations booking strategies and Sevenrooms functions
• Coordinating with management to 'build the book' and boost cover countsRequirements:
  • 2+ years of guest-facing experience in a restaurant
  • Passion for guest experience and hospitality
  • English fluency, additional languages a plus
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periodsBenefits:
