Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional People Partner to support
teams in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership on people-related
matters
Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with
local labor laws
Support performance management processes and ensure accuracy in
employee changes
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a People/HR Business Partner role or
similar
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK,
France, Spain, and Ireland
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Fluency in English and proficiency in French is required
