Job Description:
A company is looking for an RFP Specialist to support the
coordination and development of bids and RFP responses.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the RFP Director on RFP processes and writing
Establish a tracking system for win-loss information and analyze
RFP losses
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for
RFPs and ensure timely submission
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business communications, journalism, business,
marketing, education, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in proposal support or writing
Proposal budgeting experience preferred
Experience within K-12 Education and/or Ed Tech products and
services preferred
High level of proficiency in technology tools and apps that
increase productivity and efficiency
