Job Description:

Host Position in Midtown NYC: We are seeking an outgoing person to greet guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain knowledge of reservations, dietary restrictions, and guest requests
Greet guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the entrance
Recognize and welcome regulars
Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
Accommodate requests for information courteously and professionally
Organize and maintain secure storage of guest items
Return guest items according to established policies and procedures
Respond to guest complaints professionally
Work well in a team environment
OpenTable experience a plusCompensation: $20-22/hourAbout Cucina 8 1/2: Upscale Italian restaurant in Midtown NYC with private rooms and custom-designed menus.
