Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative
specializing in AR Insurance Follow Up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage account follow-up and collections, including processing
appeals
Review EOBs to ensure proper reimbursement and address any
issues
Collaborate with management to reduce account aging and document
collection activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Three years of physician billing and collections experience
required
In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer
reimbursement policies
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
