Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist PFL and PFML to
manage certified and reported leaves, including FMLA and
state-specific leaves.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze eligibility for leave
Communicate leave decisions and resolve inquiries
Train and support team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of leave, benefits, or disability claim management
experience preferred
Familiarity with FMLA and state-specific leave regulations
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
