Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster - Transportation Casualty.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and adjudicate complex claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Conduct comprehensive investigations to confirm coverage and assess liability for bodily injury claims
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while managing a busy day-to-day schedule

Required Qualifications

Post-secondary education in an Insurance program or related field
Minimum of 5 years of liability claim handling experience across different states
Experience with commercial lines and transportation liability
Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
Availability to work on some weekends and be on-call for serious accidents
