  Your roleYour role as a Customer Operations Intern will: Work with the Operational Readiness team to support Customer Service change management deliverables for designated initiatives.
  What you will bring with youYou are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.For this position, you need to bring what you have learned in your pursuit of a bachelors degree and a desire to learn how you can impact customer service operations at Spectrum.This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. Its a full-time, 10-week commitment fromMay 28, 2025,throughAugust 1, 2025. This internship is located in Stamford, CT.Skills and experience required for this role include:
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Ability to work 100% in office
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
