Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loss Control Consultant to provide
risk management services and gather critical risk assessment
information for underwriting staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits and complete on-site and remote risk
surveys
Collect objective data on accounts and supply meaningful risk
information to underwriters
Develop and implement property and casualty service plans to reduce
risk factors
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Safety Management, Risk Management,
or a related field
Minimum 7 years of property/casualty insurance experience, with at
least 3 years as a loss control representative
Demonstration of self-development towards professional insurance
designations (CSP, CIH, PE, CPCU, etc.)
Successful experience in risk reduction service planning and
execution
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% of the
time
