Import Traffic Coordinator

Global Customs Services, is a boutique style Customs Brokerage firm that also handles all aspect of Logistics.

We are looking for an energetic person with great customer service skills to join our expanding brokerage team in Springfield, NJ.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Act as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipping schedules and address any issues
  
• Provide excellent service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding their shipments
  
• Check availability for pick up on containers, LCL & air freight
  
• Track shipments for delivery
  
• Follow up to receive POD S
  
• Maintain work Spreadsheets
  
• Update data in our operating system.
  Requirements:
  
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in logistics
    
  • Ability to work on fast-paced environment;
    
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize matters;
    
  • Ability to manage time efficiently;
    
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
    
  • Familiarity with Cargowise system a plus.
