Job Description BAE is a dynamic corporation that offers

Facilities team is looking to hire an HVAC 2 Mechanic that will be
responsible for the daily and on-going building operations which
includes HVAC repair and maintenance, engineering, operational
services, stocking, receiving, fire and life safety, running
equipment, as well as other building needs. This position will also
be responsible for leading vendors and on-site contractors through
building HVAC maintenance functions to ensure 100% successful
building operation. This role supports all aspects of facilities
operations and services as well as general building appearance and
operation.Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma and 2 plus years of experience in all
aspects of HVAC commercial facilities.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Strong drive and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and mechanical.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
- Good written communication skills, e-mails, written
interface.
- Good customer service skills.
- Availability 24/7 - emergency calls/working weekends/late
nights if required.
- Motivated to deliver high quality services on time.Preferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- High school diploma plus two years trade school and college or
combination of.
- Knowledge of Maximo CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of Johnson Controls Tridium BMS.
- Centrifugal Chiller repair and maintenance to include
programming with closed loop cooling tower experience a plus. Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $49440 - $79080Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
