school based Registered Behavior Technician to be a part of our

Technicians work as valued members of our therapy teams to provide
individualized services to children with autism, working under the
direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide individualized
therapy services in a 1:1 teaching format to children with autism
in a school setting. -This position will support clients in the

to develop and strengthen your skillset as a Registered Behavior
Technician - -What you'll do in this role: -
- Assist in the implementation of positive behavior support
plans, IEP, and/or 504 plans utilizing ABA principles in the school
setting. - -
- Provide direct 1:1 and/or small group therapy to identified
student(s) to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction
interventions as directed by the BCBA. - -
- Implement and report data on programs such as student's IEP
goals, behavioral management, social skills and academic areas. - -
- Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of
school district staff. -
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students and
school teams (i.e., teachers, paraprofessionals, related service
providers, and administrators). -
- Implements the student's behavior intervention plan and/or
safety plan as developed by the BCBA. - -
- Collect and analyze skill acquisition and challenging behavior
data, with oversight and supervision provided by a BCBA. - - -We
are looking for compassionate Registered Behavioral Technicians
with: -
- Must be at least 18 years of age -
- High School Diploma or GED required -
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early
Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related
field, preferred -
- Valid driver license and ability to travel to various schools
within assigned region -
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by
the Behavior Analyst Certification Board -
- Prior professional experience working with children with Autism
Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a
plus! -
- Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code,
HIPAA practices, and company policies -
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated
position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as
well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion - -We
