Marketing Operations Contractor
Our client is looking for a strategic, imaginative and
results-oriented marketer to join its Media Group. You will be
responsible for shaping and driving all media programs for client
where we bring passion and excitement to the client?s brand, get
more people to think, talk about client and ultimately use client
more often.
We want someone with a proven track record of driving ROI, customer
acquisition, and deep user engagements through innovative media

those big ideas to reality with tangible results.
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the
successful management of campaigns, partnering with both
internal/external to deliver smart direct marketing recommendations
and strategy. The people hired into this role will be an integral
part of the overall team?s success.
Responsibilities
? Work with internal groups to build campaigns that drive revenue
and impact on both perception and user behavior
? Manage the set-up process for new ad campaigns, including
integration, uploading, scheduling, launching, tracking, and
reporting
? Obtain creative materials from internal and external parties
(advertisers/agencies), ensure all advertising assets are
accurately captured
? Manage the ad test & QA process, ensuring ads display properly
and the creative meets specs, and click-through works properly
? Work with Media Strategist to monitor, revise, and optimize ad
campaigns to ensure full delivery and achieve optimal creative
performance
? Troubleshoot and communicate with Media team and external parties
(agencies) on creative and operational campaign performance issues
as well as inaccuracies or problems, and provide suggestions on how
to solve
? Generate and analyze internal and 3rd party reports
Requirements
? Bachelors degree
? 3+ years experience in digital ad operations in either a
trafficking or sales support role
? Familiarity of 3rd party ad serving networks
? Demonstrated track record of driving both brand affinity and user
response/engagement through media programs
? Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to
recognize, troubleshoot, and solve problems. Critical thinking and
common sense are essential to success in this role
? Proven capability in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and
juggling requests
? Solid experience in managing clients and setting appropriate
expectations
? Candidates should be comfortable interpreting marketing data and
working with numbers
? Superb program management skills and attention to detail
? Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic
environment
