A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specifications on products to new business contacts
Cold call and prospect for leads to benefit potential clients
Maintain communication with warm prospects to understand their
purchasing decisions
Required Qualifications:
Must reside in specific states (AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN,
TX, PA, VA)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRMs
Must pass all assessments and systems check
